Use contact details controlled by the business. Neighborly may verify ownership before activation to prevent a listing from being claimed by the wrong person.
How activation works
- Save the claim so Neighborly has the correct lead delivery contacts.
- Complete the $197 monthly subscription in Stripe.
- Neighborly matches the Stripe client reference to your claim and verifies the business contact.
- Once active, your public phone and claimed badge appear on the listing, and new requests for that business enter direct delivery.
Do not submit a claim for a business you do not own or represent. A pending claim does not transfer control of a listing and does not expose the private delivery contacts publicly.
